We collect the information you give us when you create an account, build a comic, or place an order — including your name, email, shipping address, uploaded photos, and the story details you share with our AI.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used to generate your personalized comic, fulfil printing and shipping, send order updates, and improve our service. We never sell your personal data.

3. Photos and AI processing

Uploaded photos are processed by our AI models solely to create your comic. They are not used to train public models and are deleted from active storage 60 days after your order ships.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to deliver your order (payment processor, print partner, shipping carrier) and where required by law.

5. Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from your account, or by emailing hello@comicly.co.
